Eligibility for Returns

Items must remain unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging preserved.

All tags, labels, and boxes must be returned exactly as they were originally provided.

Products that have been worn, washed, or modified in any way will not qualify for a return.

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours from the delivery date. To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team within this period.

Items that do not satisfy these conditions will not be accepted for return.

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Initiate a Request

Send your return request by email along with your Order ID and the reason for return to quantblissinnovationspvtltd@gmail.com.

Step 2: Share Supporting Photos

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please attach clear photos that show the issue to help speed up the review process.

Step 3: Follow the Return Instructions

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions regarding the return procedure.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not comply with our return guidelines.

Refund Process & Timeline

After we receive the returned item, our team will review and inspect it to confirm that it meets our return conditions. You will then be informed whether your refund request has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund transaction has been completed.

Partial Refund Guidelines

In situations where an item only partially meets the return conditions (for example, minor damage or missing packaging), we may provide a partial refund at our discretion.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide clear photos or videos of the issue through email so that we can resolve the matter quickly.
